In last post, I introduced a japanese horse meats.
It was obviously strange, right?
But, I found a meat much stranger than horse meat in European eating habit.
What can I call these??? I searched word that is nostril part of cow meat.
Can you believe it?! omg....I just can say whao. I can't say I wanna try sorry. I don't know how to eat and how to cook these. If you know how to eat and cook these, please tell me! I'm so interesting what are dishes with using cow nostril meat and what is taste these.
I'm just so surprised by the meat.
